Andrew is the founder of VeriDrive Insurance Agency, boasting over 25 years of expertise in optimizing fleet risk management, safety, and operational efficiency for businesses. Andrew also co-owns Smart Fleet, a telematics company, and Ensure Analytics, specializing in insurance data science analytics and loss control services across the US and Canada. Their companies collaborate with carriers, brokers, and auto policy holders to reduce costs, liabilities, and risks. Prior to this, Andrew owned and managed 6 Nextel communication locations, dedicated to providing GPS services He holds a BS in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Van Gusdorff
Van founded GPS Track USA in 2012, transforming a small company into the longest standing preferred GPS provider for Neighborly Company, the world’s largest franchisor of service companies. Prior to this, Van successfully managed and sold two computer companies and a leasing company. Following sale of his company, he led the international division of a credit union software provider, culminating in its acquisition by Fiserv. Van then founded Gusdorff & Associates, specializing in executive roles and acquisition consulting. Van holds a BS in Marketing from LaSalle University, Philadelphia.

Elizabeth Chermark
Elizabeth has financial expertise in accounting and auditing with extensive experience from Ernst and Young, PNC Bank, and AXA Financial. Her key responsibilities include managing financial aspects of revenue sharing with strategic vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. She oversees all financial activities and strategies to ensure fiscal health and drive business growth within the organization. Other responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable, human resources, hiring, commission tracking, and vendor invoice reconciliation.
